I just returned from attending the 35th session of UNHRC in Geneva. It’s been a year since I’ve been there, and much has changed. Earlier, NGO’s had two minutes to make a statement, now they have cut down our time to a minute and a half. Security is also much tighter in terms of visitor passes, so I am fortunate that The Centre for Inquiry accredited me to attend.

M 103 WON’T BUILD A MORE UNITED CANADA. IT WILL TURN CANADIANS AGAINST EACH OTHER

If M-103 is passed, it will silence constructive criticism and widen the gulf between Muslim and non-Muslim Canadians. It will hurt, not help, our efforts to build a more peaceful, tolerant and equal Canada. For these reasons, it is not phobic to oppose M-103. It is, in fact, the duty of every citizen of our democracy.
